Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
- Be in their original condition
- Include original tags and packaging when applicable
- Be free from stains, odors, pet hair, or other signs of use
Items that do not meet these requirements may be denied.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Limited-edition or clearance merchandise
- Customized or personalized products
- Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
Exchanges
If you need a different size or received the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item was damaged upon arrival
- The incorrect item was received
- The return is the result of an error on our part
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Crown Rally is not responsible for lost return shipments.
