Shipping Policies

Order Processing

All the Crown Rally Shop orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Delivery Times are Estimates

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and may vary depending on destination, weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Crown Rally is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

After an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. Crown Rally is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s). We will review the issue and work to provide a resolution.
